Employee Engagement Project Manager (ERG)

Position Summary:

  • The Culture & Engagement Project Manager will play a pivotal role in driving employee engagement and fostering a positive workplace culture by managing Employee Resource Group (ERG) initiatives, culture and engagement projects, and company-wide communication processes. The role will oversee vendor relationships, ensure seamless communication, setup, management, and termination of contracts, and utilize Monday.com to plan, track, and execute projects such as Take Your Kid to Work Day, Client Culture Index, Pulse Surveys, award and recognition campaigns, and product demos. The manager will oversee submission and approval processes for company-wide communications to ensure consistency and alignment with organizational messaging. By collaborating with cross-functional teams, the Culture & Engagement Project Manager will align initiatives with organizational goals, monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, and provide regular updates to stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Utilize Monday.com to plan, track, and execute culture and engagement projects like Regional ERG Conference, Take Your Child to Work Day, and executive retreats from initiation to completion.
  • Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on project progress to stakeholders.
  • Manage vendor relationships for culture and engagement team initiatives, including communication, setup, management, and termination.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align ERG initiatives with organizational goals.
  • Propose and manage creative execution strategies for the Client Culture Index to measure and enhance employee engagement.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in project management or a related role.
  • Proficiency in project management tools, including Monday.com.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience managing vendor relationships in a corporate environment.
  • Familiarity with ERG initiatives and employee engagement strategies.
  • Knowledge of Agile or Scrum methodologies.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
  • Experience in overseeing communication processes and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Additional Role Details:

  • Location: Englewood Cliffs, NJ (Fully onsite, currently Hybrid with WFH Friday; starting April 6, 2026, fully in‑office 5 days/week).
  • Pay Range: $36.00/hr – $38.00/hr.
  • Employment Type: Contract/Full‑time – 12 months.
  • Seniority Level: Mid‑Senior level.
