BluePearl Pet Hospital in Des Moines is seeking Veterinary Technicians for mid-shift or overnight hours. You will triage and obtain patient history, assist with advanced medical procedures, and work with a skilled team to deliver remarkable care for pets.

This full-time role requires flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays. You will mentor colleagues, support CPR when needed, and help reunite pets with their families in a fast-paced environment.

We are hiring an exceptional Veterinary Technician to join our team. If you enjoy patient care and working in a fast-paced, challenging, interesting, and collaborative environment. This is a full-time position that requires flexibility to work nights and weekends and holidays.

As a Veterinary Technician, You Will

• Triage and obtain patient history
• Identify patients at risk for arrest and initiate CPR
• Place IVC's and advanced catheters like Jugular catheters, Central Lines or PICC lines.
• Monitor and care for Ventilator Cases
• Work alongside other skilled technicians and assistants in providing excellent, advanced medicine to your patients
• Have a passion for mentoring and training other co-workers.
• Feel gratification of nursing critically ill patients back to health and reunite them with their pet parents
