Veterinary Emergency Group (VEG) is seeking a Clinical Staff Manager to build and empower a high-quality support staff team in our Paramus, NJ hospital. You will ensure equitable support, provide tools and autonomy, and collaborate with regional leaders to drive VEG-wide improvements.

You will oversee onboarding, training, performance management, and conflict resolution while promoting a culture of inclusivity and exceptional patient care.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in clinical veterinary technician role.
• 2+ years in a leadership role.
• Enrollment in a Credentialing Support Program (CSP) and ability to become a Credentialed Veterinary Technician within one year.

Responsibilities

• Directly oversee the support staff team across all hospital shifts and locations.
• Foster a learning culture and coach staff using formal education tracks and tools.
• Lead onboarding, training, and performance management in coordination with leadership.
• Address conflicts and maintain smooth workflow to protect patient care.
• Collaborate with Medical Director and leadership to drive VEG-wide initiatives.
• Promote inclusivity and equitable treatment for all VEGgies and customers.
