MedVet in Ohio is seeking an Emergency Veterinary Clinical Supervisor to lead a fast-paced ER team. You will manage shift workflows, coordinate with multiple departments, and ensure high-quality patient care during emergency cases.

Qualifications

• Prior veterinary experience required.
• Emergency experience preferred.
• Proficient in calculations (drugs, constant rate infusions, unit conversions).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Escalates issues to Clinical Manager.
• Functions as a scheduled Clinical Services team member within department(s).
• Collaborates with other departments regarding patient and client needs.
• Prioritizes and organizes workflows for shift.
• Directly manages Clinical Services team members while on shift.
• Addresses process or employee issues during their shift.
• Trains and mentors new team members.
• Participates in on-call responsibilities.
