Qualifications

• A DVM or equivalent degree is required.
• Live and breathe emergency medicine, including emergency surgery and endoscopy.
• Ability to stand for prolonged hours and lift up to 25 kg, with assistance up to 40 kg.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays on a rotating basis.

Responsibilities

• Answer medical questions over the phone and see patients promptly.
• Perform emergency examinations, diagnostics, and procedures as needed.
• Create diagnostic and treatment plans and communicate options to clients.
• Manage medical records, generate estimates, and coordinate care.
• Perform surgeries and endoscopic procedures as required.
• Educate clients on aftercare and preventative measures.
