Job summary

BluePearl Pet Hospital is seeking experienced Veterinary Technicians for our busy Emergency and Critical Care department. You will work alongside skilled veterinary professionals in a fast-paced setting, expanding and applying your skills daily.

This role emphasizes anesthesia management, triage, radiography, venipuncture, and critical care support, with opportunities for mentoring and professional growth within a leading veterinary health network.

Qualifications

• Licensed Veterinary Technician or RVT preferred.
• Experience in emergency/critical care is a plus.
• Ability to monitor anesthesia and vital signs in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Induce, monitor and recover anesthesia.
• Triage and assess emergency patients, monitor vitals.
• Perform digital radiographs with proper technique.
• Place IV catheters and draw blood as needed.
• Perform phlebotomy and administer medications.
• Assist with CPR and critical care procedures.
• Mentor junior staff and support team training.
