BluePearl Pet Hospital is seeking experienced Veterinary Technicians for our busy Emergency and Critical Care department in the U.S. Roles include anesthesia monitoring, triage, radiography, and patient care for critically ill or injured pets.

Qualifications

• Emergency and critical care experience preferred.
• Ability to induce, monitor and recover anesthesia.
• Proficient in phlebotomy and IV catheter placement.
• Strong empathy and client communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Induce, monitor and recover anesthesia in patients with monitoring equipment.
• Triage emergencies on arrival and record vitals (temp, HR, RR, BP).
• Perform digital radiography with proper patient positioning.
• Assess vital signs and alert Veterinarian to changes.
• Initiate CPR for at-risk patients when needed.
• Administer medications via correct routes and durations.
• Mentor and train colleagues when appropriate.
