Job summary

Qualifications

• Demonstrated clerical or customer service experience.
• Preferred hospital secretary experience.
• Experience using EMR software and basic medical terminology.

Responsibilities

• Assist with admissions, discharges, and transfers; schedule tests and treatments; manage telemetry duties and visitor access.
• Answer unit phones, organize and maintain records, transcribe orders, stock and maintain supplies.
• Collaborate with nursing leadership; provide high-quality customer service to patients, families, and staff.
