Job summary

Qualified candidates will have EMT or nursing coursework, active EMS or BLS certification, and relevant training. The position emphasizes patient safety, privacy, and teamwork with the care staff.

Qualifications

• ER tech-specific training completion within 6 months.
• BLS certification from AHA required.
• Active EMS or nursing track considered.

Responsibilities

• Take vital signs, document data, and report findings accurately.
• Assist with patient activities, hygiene, feeding, and comfort.
• Support admission, transfer, and discharge processes.
• Prepare patients and assist with examinations and procedures.
• Maintain patient safety, privacy, and infection control.
• Coordinate with nurses and multidisciplinary team on patient care.
