The role requires CNA/CMA/EMT-B licensure, current BLS certification, and preferably 1 year of CNA/EMT-B experience. Strong communication and teamwork are essential for delivering compassionate patient care.

Qualifications

• CNA, CMA, or EMT-B licensure required.
• Current BLS certification.
• One year CNA/EMT-B experience preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with patient care activities and ADLs.
• Monitor and record vital signs and report abnormalities.
• Assist with mobility and safe transfers.
• Collect specimens for laboratory testing as directed.
• Observe patients for changes and report to nursing staff.
• Document care activities in the EHR promptly.
• Follow infection control procedures and PPE usage.
• Set up and operate medical equipment as directed.
• Engage with patients and families to promote comfort and safety.
