Kettering Health Main Campus in Kettering, OH, is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for a part-time 12-hour shift role. Responsibilities include delivering patient care using the nursing process in collaboration with the care team, with weekend availability required.

This position offers full medical benefits eligibility and PTO accrual. Applicants must be licensed RN in Ohio, with at least 12 months of acute care experience; BSN preferred within 5 years of hire and BLS certification.

Formación

• Licensed RN in Ohio.
• Minimum 12 months RN experience in acute care.
• BSN preferred; must be completed within 5 years of hire.
• Active BLS certification; ACLS/NRP/PALS as required by unit.

Responsabilidades

• Provide nursing care using the nursing process in collaboration with other health care providers.
• Be accountable for your own professional development and practice within the scope of care defined by law.
• Act as a patient advocate to ensure safe care, including delegation of tasks and participation in performance improvement activities.
• Support the organization’s mission, vision, values and nursing department goals.

Conocimientos

RN licensure in Ohio

RN experience (acute care)

BLS certification

ACLS/NRP/PALS credentials
