Job summary

Kettering Health Middletown is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time 12-hour shift days position. The RN will deliver patient-centered care, assess and plan care, collaborate with the health care team, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance across diverse clinical settings.

Required is graduation from an accredited nursing program with an active RN license in the state of Ohio (or as applicable) and BLS certification or ability to obtain within 30 days.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN or BSN).
• Current RN license in the state where practice is located and BLS certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.
• Proficiency in patient assessment, care planning, and clinical documentation.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple patient assignments; strong critical thinking.

Responsibilities

• Delivers patient-centered nursing care across clinical settings by assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating care.
• Collaborates with healthcare team to ensure safety, quality, and continuity of care.
• Complies with regulatory standards and Kettering Health's mission and B Safe program.
