HCA Florida Twin Cities Hospital in Niceville, FL is seeking a Registered Nurse for PRN Emergency Room coverage. You will coordinate and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in collaboration with physicians and the care team, using established nursing models and best practices.

The role emphasizes timely pain management, accurate documentation, patient education, and proactive responsiveness to patient needs.

Formación

• ACLS, BLS, PALS and crisis intervention certifications must be obtained within stated timeframes.
• RN licensure must be active before or by start date.
• Associate degree required as minimum nursing education.

Responsabilidades

• Assess and manage patient pain with regular reassessments.
• Document care in the patient record accurately and promptly.
• Respond to patient requests and anticipate needs to ensure comfort.
• Educate patients and families about conditions, treatments, and follow-up care.
• Coordinate with physicians and care team to deliver comprehensive care.
