Job summary

Baptist Health ER & Urgent Care - Georgetown in Georgetown, KY, seeks an experienced Registered Nurse for ED coverage. This PRN, first-shift position focuses on high-quality patient care in a fast-paced emergency setting.

The RN must hold Kentucky licensure, and either a BSN or ADN; ADN holders must enroll in BSN within 12 months and complete within 5 years. BLS is required, with ACLS/PALS/NRP and dysrhythmia training as needed.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure or work permit in Kentucky.
• Bachelor's or an associate degree in nursing from an accredited college/university.
• Applicants with an associate degree in nursing and less than 10 years of experience must enroll within 12 months of hire in a bachelor's degree program and must have achieved the degree within 5 years.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required. If not already certified, must obtain BLS within 30 days of their hire date.
• ACLS/PALS/NRP and successful completion of dysrhythmia class as required by department of assignment.
