Baptist Health ER & Urgent Care - Georgetown is seeking a Registered Nurse in the Emergency Department for a part-time first-shift PRN position in Georgetown, KY. The ED RN will perform patient assessments, create and adjust care plans, and deliver direct care while demonstrating leadership and commitment to quality and healing.

Requirements include a Kentucky RN license, either a BSN or ADN, and BLS certification. Additional certifications such as ACLS/PALS/NRP may be required.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse responsibilities centered on the patient as a whole and a healing environment.
• Assessment of patients’ needs and development of patient care plans.
• Provision of direct care and leadership to support quality patient care.

Responsabilités

• Assess patient condition and provide direct nursing care in the Emergency Department.
• Develop and implement patient care plans in collaboration with the care team.
• Assist with triage, monitoring, and coordination of ED services; ensure safety and quality care.
