Job summary

Baptist Health Georgetown is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for the Emergency Department on a PRN part-time basis in Georgetown, KY. The RN will assess patients, develop care plans, provide direct care, and support a healing environment in a fast-paced ED.

Requirements include Kentucky RN licensure, BSN or ADN, BLS and advanced certifications as needed. The role emphasizes leadership, teamwork, and quality patient care within our hospital system.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure or work permit in Kentucky.
• Bachelor's or an associate degree in nursing from an accredited college/university.
• Applicants with an associate degree and less than 10 years of experience must enroll in a BSN program within 12 months and complete it within 5 years.
• BLS certification required; ACLS/PALS/NRP as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients’ needs in the ED and prioritize care.
• Develop and implement patient care plans.
• Provide direct nursing care in a fast-paced emergency setting.
