Job summary

Baptist Health ER & Urgent Care - Georgetown in Georgetown, KY is hiring a Registered Nurse for the Emergency Department. This PRN Third Shift role supports assessment, direct patient care, and care planning in a fast-paced ED.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure in Kentucky.
• Bachelor's or associate degree in nursing from an accredited college/university.
• If ADN with <10 years experience, must enroll in BSN within 12 months and complete within 5 years.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; obtain within 30 days if not already held.
• ACLS/PALS/NRP and dysrhythmia class as required by department.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients’ needs and develop care plans.
• Provide direct patient care in the ED.
• Demonstrate leadership and support for quality patient care.
• Manage and coordinate patient care delivery.
• Contribute to customer relations and healing environment.
