Job summary

Baptist Health Georgetown is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse for the Emergency Department, mid-shift (1p-1a). The ED-RN delivers patient-centered care, assesses needs, develops care plans, and provides direct nursing services in a fast-paced ED setting in Georgetown, KY.

The requirements include Kentucky RN licensure, a Bachelor's or ADN, BLS within 30 days of hire, and ACLS/PALS/NRP with dysrhythmia training as required by the department.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure or work permit in Kentucky.
• Bachelor's or an associate degree in nursing from an accredited college/university.
• Applicants with an associate degree in nursing and less than 10 years of experience must enroll within 12 months of hire in a bachelor’s degree program and must have achieved the degree within 5 years.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required. If not already certified, must obtain BLS within 30 days of their hire date.
• ACLS/PALS/NRP and successful completion of dysrhythmia class as required by department of assignment.
