Qualifications

• ACLS certification within 30 days of start date.
• BCLS certification within 30 days of start date.
• Nonviolent Crisis Intervention certification within 30 days of start date.
• PALS qualification within 30 days of start date.
• NIH Stroke Scale certification within 6 months of start date.
• RN with Associate Degree as minimum education.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.
• Collaborate with providers and care team for individualized care.
• Document care in the patient medical record promptly and thoroughly.
• Respond promptly to patient requests and anticipate needs.
• Educate patients and families about conditions, plans, medications, and follow-up.
