The role requires an ADN, an active RN license, ED experience, and certifications in ACLS, BCLS, and PALS. This position supports career growth within a large national health system.

Qualifications

• ACLS certification required.
• BCLS certification required.
• PALS certification required.
• RN license active and in good standing.
• Associate Degree in Nursing required.
• ED RN experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver high quality, patient-centered care.
• Assess pain regularly and promote effective pain management.
• Document care in the patient record promptly and accurately.
• Perform procedures and monitor patient care per orders.
• Respond promptly to patient requests and anticipate patient needs.
• Educate patients and families about conditions, treatments, and follow-up.
• Support self-management and health promotion after discharge.
