The role emphasizes triage accuracy, rapid assessment, and collaboration among disciplines. Applicants should hold an NV RN license with 2–3 years in the ED and critical care areas, plus BLS/ACLS/PALS or the ability to obtain them within 6 months.

Qualifications

• NV Registered Nurse license required.
• Two to three years of emergency department experience preferred.
• Two to three years of critical care experience preferred.
• EMS background is a plus.
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications expected or obtained within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the ED and evaluate outcomes.
• Perform head-to-toe assessments across pediatric to geriatric patients and reassess per policy.
• Utilize triage to ensure timely, appropriate care and accurately assign categories.
