• Active RN license and BLS certification required.
• Typically 1 year of clinical nursing experience.

Responsabilidades

• Engage in governance and quality initiatives to improve care processes.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care using the nursing process.
• Monitor patient conditions and adjust care plans as needed.
• Uphold a culture of safety and effective team communication.
• Document accurately in the EHR and participate in care coordination.
• May administer medications per protocols and assist with therapies.
• Float to other units within the service area as required.
• Maintain age-specific knowledge for patient care across units.
