Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Board of Nursing approved nursing education program.
• Active RN license with privileges to practice in state(s) where services are provided.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; telehealth rules may apply as needed.
• Typically 1 year of clinical nursing experience.
• Proficiency with electronic records and digital platforms.

Responsibilities

• Engage in governance, quality initiatives, and evidence-based care improvements.
• Apply the nursing process to assess, plan, diagnose, implement and evaluate care with patient/family involvement.
• Monitor patient conditions, adjust care plans, and collaborate with the care team.
• Uphold a culture of safety and accurate EHR documentation.
• Float to other units as needed to meet patient care needs.
