UChicago Medicine AdventHealth in Hinsdale, IL is seeking a Registered Nurse to perform comprehensive assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans, coordinate multidisciplinary care, monitor progress, and educate patients and families. The role includes night shift, full-time schedule, and competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• RN license required (State of Illinois).
• CPR/BLS certifications required.
• Experience in an acute hospital setting preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced ED environment.

Responsabilités

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and document findings.
• Develop and adjust individualized care plans.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary team care with physicians, social workers and therapists.
• Monitor patient progress and update care plans accordingly.
• Educate patients and families about diagnoses and treatment options.
• Supervise nursing and support staff as assigned.
• Coordinate patient discharge planning and transitions.
• Ensure compliance with policies and patient safety protocols.
