UChicago Medicine AdventHealth is seeking Registered Nurses to join our night-shift teams. You will perform comprehensive assessments, develop individualized care plans, and coordinate multidisciplinary care to support patient recovery.

Qualifications

• RN required with current license
• BLS certification required
• ACLS/PALS/NRP preferred per unit
• Experience in acute care setting
• Ability to work night shift
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and plan care.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary care with physicians, nurses, social workers, and therapists.
