UChicago Medicine AdventHealth in Hinsdale, IL is seeking a Registered Nurse for full-time night shift in our Labor & Delivery unit. You will provide newborn care, support obstetrical procedures, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in nursing is required.
• Active RN license and BLS/NRP certifications required.
• Experience in neonatal or obstetric care preferred.
• Good communication and teamwork in high-pressure settings.

Responsibilities

• Assist with newborn care during deliveries and post-delivery care.
• Maintain neonatal resuscitation skills for emergencies.
• Identify maternal and newborn issues and report to physicians.
• Prepare and document care, including banding and records.
• Support families and provide post-discharge care education.
• Sterilize instruments and maintain sterile technique.
