Job summary

St. Anthony Hospital in Lakewood, CO, seeks an experienced RN for our Emergency Department. You will collaborate with the healthcare team to meet the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of patients while advancing compassionate care in a mission-driven environment.

Responsibilities include coordinating care, documenting care plans, and educating patients and families. Night shifts are 7:00 PM–7:30 AM; a $20,000 sign-on bonus and up to $8,000 relocation assistance are available for eligible

Qualifications

Associates Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma; RN license in state of employment.
Active RN license without encumbrances.
BLS from American Heart Association.
ACLS from American Heart Association.
NIHSS certification.
ENPC or PALS certification.
NRP certification.
Minimum 1 year RN ED experience.
TCAR or TNCC within 1 year of hire.

Responsibilities

Assess patients' physical, psychosocial, cultural, and spiritual needs.
Evaluate patient responses and intervene to optimize outcomes with the interdisciplinary team.
Document status, interventions, and outcomes accurately; maintain patient charts.
Use information systems to communicate, manage knowledge, and support decision-making.
Provide patient and family education; assess learning readiness and needs.
Demonstrate competency in therapeutic/diagnostic interventions and wound/IV care.
