Job summary

Qualifications

• RN with current license and BLS certification.
• ED nursing experience preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients across physiological, psychological, developmental, and spiritual factors.
• Develop and adjust individualized care plans based on standards of care.
• Administer medications safely following physician orders.
• Educate patients and families on conditions and self-care.
• Collaborate with care teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the medical record.
• Respond promptly to code situations.
