Job summary

AdventHealth in Littleton, CO seeks an experienced RN for night shift to deliver high-quality patient care. You will assess, plan, administer medications, and educate patients while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

The role emphasizes documentation, infection control, and continuous improvement within a Christian faith-based health system. Eligible candidates may receive sign-on bonuses and relocation support for FT nights; prior acute care experience is preferred and active RN

Qualifications

• RN with active license in Colorado
• 1+ acute care hospital setting preferred
• BLS certified

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients across physiological, psychological, developmental and spiritual dimensions.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans and regularly evaluate outcomes.
• Administer medications and treatments safely per physician orders.
• Educate patients and families about conditions, treatments and self-care.
• Collaborate with medical staff to coordinate patient care and maintain clear documentation.
• Maintain timely documentation of patient information and interventions.
• Respond to code situations promptly to stabilize patients.
