Job summary

The Wellstar Health System Cobb Hospital Emergency Department is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Night shift (7 pm – 7 am) to deliver high-quality, compassionate emergency care. This full-time role features a weekend differential and eligibility for a sign-on bonus.

As part of a multidisciplinary team, you will provide evidence-based, patient-centered care and participate in performance improvement initiatives while(upholding Wellstar safety standards) ensuring optimal patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Associates or Diploma in Nursing required.
• BSN preferred.
• Active RN license in good standing (SC/GA as applicable).
• BLS/ACLS/PALS/TNCC certifications required per role.

Responsibilities

• Performs the Nursing Process with evidence-based practice and comprehensive assessment.
• Provides patient-centered care reflecting cultural and individual needs.
• Collaborates with patients and families to align goals with the care plan.
• Practices according to current clinical standards and Wellstar policies.
