Job summary

The Wellstar Health System seeks an experienced Registered Nurse for the Emergency Department at Cobb Hospital. This full-time night shift (7 pm–7 am) includes a weekend Premier differential and a sign-on bonus eligible position.

You will be part of an interdisciplinary team delivering individualized, high-quality patient care, guided by Wellstar practice models and evidence-based standards, while supporting patient safety goals and strong governance.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or Diploma in Nursing is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing is preferred.
• Must possess active RN license in Georgia.

Responsibilities

• Perform nursing process using evidence-based practice and critical thinking.
• Provide patient-centered care tailored to individual needs and culture.
• Coordinate delivery and documentation of safe, quality care.
