Job summary

Wellstar Health System is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Emergency Department at Cobb Hospital. This is a full-time night shift position (7 pm – 7 am) with weekend differential and sign-on bonus eligibility.

The RN will join an interdisciplinary team delivering high-quality, safe patient care in a dynamic ED setting. Required are an active RN license in Georgia, BLS certification, and a minimum of 5 years RN experience; BSN preferred.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in nursing or diploma required.
• BSN preferred.
• Current RN license and BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Perform nursing process with evidence-based practice to ensure individualized patient care.
• Provide patient-centered care with cultural sensitivity and family involvement.
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary team and ensure timely documentation.
• Engage in performance improvement activities and adhere to safety standards.
