Wellstar Health System in Clayton, GA is seeking a Full-time Registered Nurse for the Night ER shift. One year of ER or high-acuity experience is preferred, with strong critical thinking and a commitment to compassionate patient care.

You will join a dedicated patient care team on our community campus, collaborating to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care while upholding safety and professional standards.

Qualifications

• One year ER or high acuity experience preferred.
• Strong critical thinking and unwavering commitment to patient care and compassion.
• RN licensure and active practice in Georgia.

Responsabilités

• Provide quality nursing services by working with the patient care team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patients' care.
• Participate in performance improvement initiatives and maintain professional competence.
• Develop others and support Shared Governance through councils or sponsored activities.
• Promote patient and family-centered care while upholding confidentiality, safety, and professional standards.
• Mentor and precept other nurses and contribute to a positive, professional work environment.
