Job summary

Wellstar Health System in Georgia is seeking an RN Clinical Nurse, Emergency Department, to join an interdisciplinary team delivering high-quality, patient-centered care during night shifts.

You will work under Nurse Managers, uphold evidence-based practice, and participate in shared governance; you’ll assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care, coordinating with colleagues to meet patient goals.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Nursing or Diploma in Nursing; BSN preferred.
• Ability to read, write and speak English; strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Experience with evidence-based practice and clinical standards is expected.

Responsibilities

• Perform nursing process including assessment, diagnosis, outcomes, planning, implementation and evaluation.
• Provide patient-centered care with attention to cultural diversity and individual needs.
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary team, ensuring timely documentation and communication.
• Support performance improvement and participate in governance and protocol development.
