Qualifications

• Associate's degree in nursing or diploma in nursing; RN licensure required

• Active BLS certification and Georgia RN license (or compact) required or eligible

Responsibilities

• Performs the Nursing Process with evidence-based practice and critical thinking
• Provide patient-centered care and coordinate with interdisciplinary team
• Document care and participate in rounds, governance, and performance improvement
• Support staff development, mentorship, and preceptorship of students and new nurses
• Uphold professional practice standards and organizational policies
