Responsibilities

• Performs the Nursing Process: assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation.
• Provides patient-centered care with cultural awareness and individualized plans.
• Partners with patients and families; communicates goals and updates.
• Coordinate care through interdisciplinary rounds and documentation.
• Promotes evidence-based practice and participates in performance improvement.
• Supports value analysis and adheres to policies and safety standards.
