Job summary

UNC Lenoir Health Care in Kinston, NC is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the Emergency Department. The RN will utilize the nursing process, clinical skills, and leadership to direct, provide and evaluate age-specific patient care.

You will work with a multidisciplinary team, document in medical records, and meet licensure and certification requirements (RN in NC, BLS, ACLS). Night shifts, full-time, onsite.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current NC RN license; BLS and ACLS within one year.
• Optional: PALS, TNCC, ENPC encouraged but not required.

• Provide and evaluate age-specific patient care using the nursing process.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team and document medical records.
