Job summary

The Hospitals of Providence Neighborhood Hospitals is seeking a dedicated ER Registered Nurse for night shifts in the Emergency Department. The role focuses on assessing, planning, directing, and evaluating patient care, while ensuring privacy and adherence to physician orders.

The position requires ACLS/BLS/PALS, state RN licensure, and at least 2 years in ER or comparable settings. We offer a sign-on bonus, full-time hours, and a benefits package including 401K match, PTO, and paid referrals.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in good standing (state).
• 2+ years RN ER experience or similar.
• Current BLS/ACLS/PALS certifications; TNCC preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, direct, and evaluate patient care in the ER.
• Provide age-specific nursing care and maintain patient safety.
• Document accurately in medical records and follow physician orders.
• Perform admissions, discharges, and transfers; prep equipment for procedures.
