Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Temple is seeking an experienced ER Registered Nurse to join a high-level team in a Level One Emergency Department. The role focuses on patient assessment, care planning, and collaboration with ED providers to deliver exceptional, coordinated care.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of ER experience, graduate from an accredited RN program, and maintain BLS certification (or obtain within 30 days).

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited RN program.
• RN license in good standing.
• BLS certification or obtain within 30 days of start.
• 1 year ER RN experience required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed patient assessments and prioritize needs.
• Create and implement care plans based on assessments.
• Educate patients and families about health conditions and care plans.
• Collaborate with ED providers, social workers, and staff to coordinate care.
