Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of ER experience, graduate from an accredited RN program, and maintain BLS certification (or obtain within 30 days).

Mid- Shift - Full Time –3p-3a
Busy ER in level One Trauma Hospital -Certified Chest Pain and Stroke Center. Average 220 visits per day.
Our Registered Nurse (RN) staff are proficient in Stroke and STEMI activations and established care guidelines
This is a fast-paced ER environment whose success is dependent on teamwork. We have 50 exam rooms and 6 trauma bays
RNs work closely with ED Providers, Social Workers, Registration, etc. because we are truly in it together!
The Emergency department primarily cares for adult populations, but we do care for pediatric patients as needed.
Registered Nurses (RN) can be involved in Improvement projects, Shared Governance, department committees and councils. Everyone's voice matters

As a Registered Nurse, oversee patient care using a professional practice model. Responsibilities include patient assessment, recognizing health issues, creating care plans, and assessing patient responses. Secure patient travel. Know about patient needs in healthcare.
