You will document care in the medical record, educate patients and families, and respond promptly to requests while ensuring safety and quality standards.

The role requires an Associate Degree, Florida RN licensure or eligibility, and certifications such as ACLS, BCLS, NIH Stroke Scale, and PALS within specified timelines.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in Florida or eligible
• Associate Degree in Nursing
• ACLS and BCLS/CPR certifications required
• NIH Stroke Scale within 6 months
• Nonviolent Crisis Intervention within 6 months
• PALS within 6 months
• RN credential and hospital experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.
• Assess patient pain and promote effective pain management with reassessments.
• Document care in the patient record promptly and thoroughly.
• Teach patients and families about condition, plan, medications and follow‑up.
• Respond promptly to patient requests and anticipate patient needs.
