Job summary

HCA Florida Park West Emergency seeks an experienced Registered Nurse to coordinate and deliver high quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced ED setting. You will collaborate with medical staff, perform procedures, document care, and educate patients and families about conditions and treatments.

The ideal candidate holds an RN license, 1 year of experience, and certifications such as ACLS, BCLS, NCI, and PALS, with a focus on compassionate, evidence-based care and patient advocacy.

Qualifications

• RN license required or eligible in state of Florida
• ACLS, BCLS, NCI, and PALS certifications within specified timeframes
• Associate or Bachelor degree in nursing or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.
• Perform procedures, monitoring, and documentation as directed.
• Respond promptly to patient requests and anticipate needs.
• Educate patients and families about condition, treatment, and follow-up.
• Support evidence-based nursing practices and maintain patient safety.
