Job summary

HonorHealth Florence Medical Center in Florence, AZ is seeking a full-time Emergency Department RN to provide high‑quality patient care. The role requires current RN licensure in Arizona, BLS, and prior med-surg/ER experience. A $15,000 sign-on bonus is available for eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• 1 year RN experience in med-surg or acute setting required or preferred.
• BLS certification required.
• AZ RN license or compact state licensure required.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and IV therapies according to orders.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care with family involvement.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to ensure quality outcomes.
• Document accurately and maintain patient records.
