Job summary

HonorHealth's Sonoran Crossing Medical Center in Phoenix is seeking an experienced RN for the Emergency Department during the Evening shift.

The RN will provide professional nursing care guided by ANA standards, administer treatments and medications, document patient data, and collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes. A sign-on bonus of up to $15,000 is available for eligible candidates.

Qualifications

• Current Arizona RN license or compact state licensure.
• BSN to be completed within 60 months or 5+ years of RN experience.
• Associates or Diploma in Nursing required.
• Stroke education requirements may apply for ED.

Responsibilities

• Collect health data, develop and revise patient care plans.
• Identify outcomes and develop individualized plans.
• Initiate treatments, medications, and IV therapy per policies.
• Document progress and evaluate care to improve outcomes.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, cost-effective care.
