Job summary

HonorHealth’s Florence Medical Center is seeking an Emergency Department RN for day shift (0700-1930). The role involves assessing patients, administering treatments and medications, and coordinating with physicians and staff to provide high-quality care. A sign-on bonus is available for eligible candidates.

Requirements include an Associates or Diploma in Nursing, BSN within 60 months, AZ RN license, and BLS certification. Prior ER experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Prior ER nursing experience preferred.
• BLS certification required.
• Strong assessment and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the ER per ANA standards and ethics.
• Document patient history, administer medications and treatments.
• Develop and contribute to individualized care plans with the multidisciplinary team.
• Educate patients and families on care plans and post-discharge needs.
