Job summary

HonorHealth Florence Medical Center is seeking an experienced RN for its Emergency Department in Florence, AZ. This full-time day shift (0700-1930) position offers a $15,000 sign-on bonus for eligible candidates and requires prior ER experience, strong critical care and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities include patient assessment, administering medications, maintaining IV lines, and coordinating with the healthcare team to ensure high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Prior ER RN experience preferred.
• Requires RN licensure in Arizona.
• BSN within 60 months or 5+ years RN experience at hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care according to ANA standards and hospital policies.
• Document patient histories, administer medications and therapies, and monitor patient progress.
• Coordinate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams for treatment plans.
• Educate patients and families on care, discharge instructions, and follow-up care.
• Mentor and supervise junior staff and students as needed.
