Job summary

Endeavor Health seeks registered nurses across Illinois locations, including Evanston Hospital. The roles offer full-time and part-time shifts (PM and Night), with pay ranging $36.00–$55.80/hour and a November adjustment to $37.25/hour base for October payouts.

You’ll apply nursing processes to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. Requirements include IL RN licensure, BSN preferred, BLS/CPR, and 1 year hospital experience, with ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, and other certifications valued.

Qualifications

• Current professional Nursing Licensure in IL required.
• BSN degree preferred.
• BLS/CPR certification through AHA required.
• 1 year of current hospital nursing experience; ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, TNS, TNCC, ECRN experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process in planning, implementing and evaluating the patient plan of care.
• Provide nursing care to all patient populations in the department
• Maintain regulatory compliance in individual practice
• Assume responsibility, accountability and authority for outcomes of nursing care
• Guide and direct assigned unlicensed nursing personnel in delivering patient care
• Positively contribute to safety outcomes and promote high-quality patient experience
