Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking RN staff to provide comprehensive nursing care across multiple hospital locations in Illinois. You will plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using established nursing processes and maintain regulatory compliance in practice.

Positions offer flexible shifts, with full-time and part-time opportunities. Applicants should have IL RN licensure, BSN preferred, and CPR/BLS certification, plus hospital nursing experience.

Qualifications

• Current IL Nursing Licensure required.
• BSN degree preferred.
• BLS/CPR certification through AHA required.
• 1 year current hospital nursing experience required; ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, TNS, TNCC, ECRN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process in planning, implementing and evaluating the patient plan of care.
• Provide nursing care to all patient populations in the department.
• Maintain regulatory compliance in individual practice.
• Assume responsibility, accountability and authority for outcomes of nursing care.
• Guide and direct assigned unlicensed nursing personnel in delivering patient care.
