Frye Regional Medical Center in North Carolina seeks an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for the Emergency Department. This full-time night-shift role offers 3x12 hour shifts on a 32-bed unit with every-other-weekend rotation and self-scheduling to support work-life balance.

You will perform comprehensive assessments, implement nursing interventions, and document care in the medical record while contributing to an interdisciplinary team focused on high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active North Carolina RN license (single-state) or compact required; PSOR update if relocating.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30 days of hire.
• ACLS and PALS within six months of hire.
• Two or more years of RN Emergency Department experience.

Responsabilités

• Performs patient assessments and identifies needs accurately.
• Initiates appropriate nursing interventions.
• Delivers age-appropriate patient care based on condition.
• Documents medical necessity timely and accurately in the medical record.
• Completes and revises the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient.
• Conducts timely and accurate QI assessments.
