Frye Regional Medical Center in Conover, NC, is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for our Emergency Department on a full-time basis. This 32-bed ED features self-scheduling, 12-hour shifts, and every-other-weekend rotation to support work-life balance.

You will assess patients, initiate nursing interventions, document care, and contribute to the Interdisciplinary Care Plan. NC RN license and BLS required; ACLS/PALS within six months; ED experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Active North Carolina RN license (single-state) or compact.
• Basic Life Support certification within 30 days of hire.
• ACLS and PALS within six months of hire.
• Two or more years of RN Emergency Department experience.

Responsabilités

• Accurately performs patient assessments and identifies patient needs.
• Identifies and initiates appropriate nursing interventions.
• Provides care appropriate to condition and age of the patient.
• Performs timely and appropriate documentation relating to medical necessity.
• Responsible for completion and revision of the Interdisciplinary Care Plan.
• Performs timely and accurate QI assessments.
